The company is engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of footwear. It was incorporated in April of 1984 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Elche/Elx, Spain. The company manufactures the following products: athletic shoes, vinyl upper athletic footwear, dress shoes, boots, canvas shoes, work shoes, infant's shoes, gaiters, galoshes, shower sandals, school shoes, and water shoes. It now owns five brands: Conguitos, B & W, Bad Boy, Fresas and Nata y Osito, currently present in more than 3,000 points of sale in Europe, America and Asia. The company has showrooms located in Milan, Italy; Madrid, Spain; and Düsseldorf, Germany.
